Abstract
In translation studies, the debate on who is the translation's and what is the translation's has existed for a long time. In this paper,we give these issues with some philosophical explanations. We believe that translation's subject is the special human being:author, translator and reader and the translation's subjectivity is the initiative feature of the translation's subject with the restriction of the objects on the subject.
