Abstract
The processing technologies of combining gradient magnetic separation, flotation, shaking table gravity selection are applied on the tungsten fine mud by applying scheelite's flotation separation at room temperature and optimizing reasonable pharmaceutical systems. The combined flow-sheet of shaker-flotation-Shaker, shaker-flotation-power options,centrifuges-flotation-centrifuges, are used to process scheelite and tin.The technology of high gradient magnetic separation-Centrifuge is applied to process wolframite. The closed-circuit tests results in tungsten concentrate with the grade of 41.67 %.The recovery rate is 55.36 %.Tin concentrate grade is 42.23 % with 48.95 % recovery rate.
