Abstract

The current process flow sheet of table flotation is replaced by the combination circuit of gravity separation and flotation to improve the processing results of Xingluokeng tungsten ore in Fujiang. Tungsten rough concentrate enriched by table concentrator is re-grinded. Amyl xanthate and ammonium butyl are applied as collectors to remove the arsenic and sulphur. A tungsten concentrate with tungsten grade of 55.89 %, recovery of 92.60 % is obtained in the closed circuit test by once roughing, twice cleaning and three times scavenging. The arsenic and sulphur grade is 3.39 % and 0.36 % respectively. Compared to the past process flow sheet, the new process flow sheet is simple and easy to control. Moreover, high quality tungsten concentrate is obtained and clean and efficient separation is achieved to improve the plant's production environment.
