Legalization Process of Villager Autonomy and Implement Approaches in Minority Areas

The villager autonomy is an innovation in terms of constitutional system with Chinese characteristics aspects.Along with the further implementation of the law on regional autonomy in China.Along with the further implementation of the law on regional autonomy in China,the villager autonomy has become a basis to carry out the law on regional national autonomy in ethnic minority areas.This article analyzes the characteristics of the villagers' autonomy,the traditional advantages and realistic problems,and puts forward several problems in accordance with the law to promote the villagers' autonomy to implement the village autonomy,promote social stability and economic prosperity.
