On the Realization of Effective and Orderly Villager Autonomy

Implementing villager autonomy is not only the expression and requirements of the intrinsic logic of the public power evolution but also the realistic choice of adapting rural reform and prompting new rural construction under market economy condition,which makes villager autonomy both have regularity and reality.However,in practice,as problems in the relationship between the Party's leadership and autonomy,the relationship between administrative power of primary government and autonomy,and the running of autonomy in the village,villager autonomy is difficult to come truly effective and orderly.As a result,solving the above problems is the main way to promote the villager autonomy to be effective and orderly.
