Application of quality control system to improvement of nursing quality

The integrated information control system of the hospital nursing is subsystem of quality control system. To overcome the existing problem at nursing management and emphasize the patient centered nursing, the control methods and contents of nursing quality were improved according to the actual demands. The ranges of varied nursing guidelines were adjusted, nursing examination and evaluation contents were edited and perfected. The reforming aims of nursing management in our hospital were achieved through quality control subsystem among the integrated information managing system of the hospital nursing. A series of scientific, standard and high effective strategy and regulation of the quality control came into being. The quality of hospital nursing was effectively raised.
