Design and use of nursing quality management software

Objective:To improve the nursing management quality and effective utilization of information resource. Method:We designed a software named nursing quality management subsystem, This software contained two parts,one was nursing quality management in wards and the other was nursing quality management in Nursing Department. The software had two functions : registration and enquiry. It was applied as a section of hospital information system.Results:After appling it, we found that working efficiency was improved. By using it, the reports developed rapidly and offered mass information to hospital managers corectly.Furthermore, it helped standardize nursing quality management. Conclusion:Nursing quality management subsystem enabled to improve the nursing management quality ,deserved to be introduced.
