Abstract
Objective: To investigate the clinical significance and the expression of PCNA,P53 protein and hTERT in cervical lesion tissues.Method: Immunohistochemistry was used to examine the expression of PCNA,p53 protein and hTERT in 22 cervical erosion tissues and 38 cervical intraepithelial neoplasia(CIN) tissues and 20 cervical carcinoma tissues.Result: The expression of PCNA,p53 protein and hTERT showed an increasing tendency from 22 normal cervical tissues to 38 CIN tissues, then to 20 cervical carcinoma tissues. Conclusion: The expression of PCNA,p53 protein and hTERT plays an important role in the development and malignant changes of cervical carcinoma.
