Abstract

President Jiang Zemin pointed out the aim ofall-round well-off societyin the report of the 16th Representative Conference of the CPC.One of the aims is to improve the thoughts and morals' quality of the whole nation.Universities are the cradle of bringing up the constructors and successors of the socialist construction.As the educator of the university,how to carry out the work of the moral education has become the important issue.
