On the legalization of the route for rural land transfer

Based on the realistic problems occurred in China’s rural land contract management rights transfer and the comprehensive survey of the internal and external causes influencing its marketization,this paper attempts to provide an applicable model for China’s rural collective land transfer system.The innovation of rural land transfer system should combine efficiency with the benefit of long-term economic development,combine the gross increase with the long-term development of the society,and thus find the congruous point in legal system for economic efficiency and social security.It is a promotion for the development of Chinese agricultural economy and the solution of the Three Rural Issues to legalize the route for rural land transfer.
