The rural land transfer is the product of agricultural and rural development to a certain degree,is an effective improvement of the rural land system based on the existing household contract responsibility system,is the breakthrough and key to a new round of rural reform.The urgent priority is how to reach for the opportunity,to promote orderly the transfer of rural land and to take active measures to cope with the challenges in the process of land transfer with the prerequisite of adhering to the collective land ownership and the farmers' unchanging rights of land contract.In order to regulate and promote the healthy development of rural land market better,it is necessary to make an analysis of the condition of rural land transfer and the operating results of its modes since the founding of China,and put forward feasible suggestions.
