The Development of Service Out-sourcing Industries in Heilongjiang Province

The constantly increased global service out-sourcing business has brought about the rise of this new industry in some countries.In view of the basic features of service out-sourcing,this paper finds that essentially service out-sourcing industry is a kind of producer service at the both sides of smile curve,and there exists the intrinsic relationship between service out-sourcing industry and equipment manufacturing development in Heilongjiang Province.It also puts forward some ideas and measures of promoting service out-sourcing industry development in Heilongjiang province by utilizing the favorable local conditions.
