The Constructed Index System Rresearch by the Service Outsourcing Association——A Case of Heilingjiang Province

Along with economic globalization's unceasing advancement,and the tendency of the economical service is constantly strengthened,the service outsourcing is the another round new international industrial shift arisen after the global manufacture outsourcing.Heilongjiang Province,Heilongjiang province,firmly to grasp the opportunity of the new round international services acceleration,and integrate existing resources to take a variety of ways to promote the development of service outsourcing,has made some achievements.But,compared with other service outsourcing base cities in China,the development of service outsourcing industry in Heilongjiang province was started slowly and its small scope and lower rate of orders,In view of this present situation,we thought,that has the necessity to establish a service outsourcing profession association,the enterprise and the enterprise builds the communication the bridge,eagerly anticipates Heilongjiang Province's service outsourcing industry to be mature,the broader spatial development by the association between the enterprise and the government.
