Abstract
Objective To learn about the red cell immune function and the standard of T-lymphocyte subsets of tuberculosis patients, and to explore the possible relationship between the red cell immune function and the standard of T-lymphocyte subsets. Methods 51 cases of patients with tuberculosis and 30 cases of normal plasma were recruited in this study, red cell immune function were determined by using yeast wreath way,the standard of T-lymphocyte subsets were detected by using SAP technology. Results C3b receptor positive rate of the group of patients with tuberculosis was higher than the control group(P0.001);immune complex positive rate of the patients with tuberculosis was lower than the control group(P0.001).The CD3+T,CD4+T lymphocyte absolute counts and CD4/CD8 ratio were decreased,CD8+T lymphocyte absolute counts were increased, compared with that of the matched group, the difference has statistical significance(P0.001).There was certain relationship between the red cell immune function and the standard of T-lymphocyte subsets. Conclusions The standard of red cell immunity and T-lymphocyte immunity of tuberculosis patients are lower than normal controls and there is positive correlation between red cell immunity and T-lymphocyte immunity.
