Abstract

[Objective] To analyze difference between tuberculosis patients and normal people in immunity, and investigate the two factors(initially-treatment,retreatment;sputum smear positive, sputum smear negative)whether affect lung tuberculosis patients'immunity or not.[Methods]FCM was performed for analysis of B cells,T cells, and NK cells in peripheral whole blood of our cases.Immunity transmission turbidity was employed to detect IgA,IgG and IgM.[Results]It had significant difference between tuberculosis patients and normal group in level of CD4+T cell,CD8+T cell,CD4/CD8 ratio(P0.05).meanwhile,CD4+T cell and CD4/CD8 ratio levelhad significant difference between the patients in initially-treated and smear positive group and in normal group,no difference was available among other groups. The factor(initially-treatment,retreatment)may have an effect on CD4+T cell count(P0.05).But the results between smear positive group and smear negative group had no difference(P0.05)in each test.[Conclusion]CD4+T cell may play an important role in outcomes of tuberculosis patients.CD8+ T cell and humoral immunity play an important role in immune function of the tuberculosis patients.
