Institution Study of Professional Football Reform

Through investigation and literature study,the thesis analyzes the existing institutional problems in the reform of Chinese professional football.1) There are defects on the property right system of the football clubs,representing as : the limit of property right between the clubs and the investing enterprises is not clear;there is government interfering in the club administration and management.2) There is no standard corporate governance structure among clubs,that professional football clubs have problems in setting its stock property structure and in controlling and monitoring its operation. Suggestions are given on the institution reform of Chinese professional football:1) Establish professional football property right systems.2) Improve corporate governance structures of football clubs.3) Improve the league matches system.4) Establish a football market governed by law.
