Abstract
The effect of different storage temperature(17,12,7℃)on the main quality index of cucumber seedlings during storage was studied. The result showed that below 12 and 17℃,the two physiological indexes(activity of root vigor and chlorophyll content)dropped less, the MDA and Pro rose less, the seedlings had the greatest dry weight, the growth above and underground kept balance, and the growth speed of the central leaves was faster after transplanting. But the seedlings stored in 12℃ grew better than in 17℃ after 6 d of storage.
