Abstract

The results showed that: compared with cucumber seedling stored at 17℃ and 7℃,cucumber seedling stored at the temperature of 12℃ for 0~12 days had the lest reduce in root vigor and chlorophyll content, the lest increase in MDA content, the greatest dry weight, the growth between the aboveground and underground parts kept balance;after field planting, the growth speed of the central leaves was the fastest.Storing cucumber seedlings at 12℃ was good for keeping their quality.
