Abstract
The system of invalid marriage is an embodiment of marriage relationship in legal sense.The construction of this system has very important sense to the perfection of our country's marriage system,and the construction of harmonious society and legal society.This paper,after discussing over the theoretical bases and value orientation of the invalid marriage system,points out the flaws existed in the construction of the present law of marriage about invalid marriage system and the measures taken to perfect it.
