The relationships between outbreak of wheat stripe rust and climatic conditions

Abstract

The monitoring data of wheat stripe rust and meteorological data such as temperature,humidity and precipitation from 1958 to 2007 in Haidong region were analyzed.Comparisons of meteorological data from Pingliang,Gansu and east Haidong region were also conducted.The internal relationships between wheat stripe rust outbreak and climatic conditions in both region were revealed.The results can be used for prediction of outbreak of wheat stripe rust.
