Abstract
Objective To evaluate the ultrasound elastography in the differential diagnosis of benign and malignant breast masses in the value of Methods 86 patients with solid tumors of 98 breast ultrasound scanning,at the same time elastography.Contrast the results of a retrospective analysis of pathological benign and malignant breast ultrasound elasticity imaging features.Results Score 4 or more flexibility in diagnosis of breast cancer sensitivity sensitivity,specificity and accuracy were 84.3%(97/115),78.8(26/33) and 86.6(71/82).Conclusion Elastography in breast benign and malignant tumors in the differential diagnosis of high clinical value
