Abstract
Chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase are important hydrolyzases, and they have positive effect on resistance to epiphyte in transgenic plants with the two relative genes. This paper summarized the constructs and anti-fungal mechanism of chitinase and β-1,3-glucanase genes. In addition, the latest use and research in resistance to A.flavus, and prediction use in the future was introduced also.
