Abstract
glucanase(β Glu) is an important resistant matter in the anti fungi of plant.Plant β Glu can be induced by biotic factors, such as pathogene(Mg etc.) and abiotic factors, such as chemical factors(salicylic acid, ethylene, gibberellin etc.) or physical factors(ultraviolet radiation, mechanical damage etc.)Resistantce to fungal pathogens of the plant would increase after being introduced the gene encoding β 1,β glucanase, and it will increase much more when introduced the β 1,3 glucanase gene simultaneously with other genes encoding plant protection proteins, so it was a effective way to control fungal pathogens by developing transgenic plant.Following contents were primarily reviewed in the paper:the biological character of β 1,3 glucanase, the expressing of the plant β 1,3 glucanase gene and its co expressing with other anti fungal genes in transgenic plants.
