Towards the Approaches to Soft Environment Construction of the People's Army During the Democratic Revolution Period

During democratic revolution period,led by Chinese Communist Party,the Chinese people overthrew three huge mountains weighed down on their backs through extremely hard and bitter struggles.In course of this formidable revolution,army construction played an important role.The Communist Party of China built up army's soft environment by means of following five approaches: first,founding and consolidating principle the Party commands gun;second,giving prominence to army's mass character;third,strengthening army's ideological and political education and propaganda work;fourth,attaching importance to army's system establishment;fifth,founding military schools and training military cadres.
