Abstract
It's obvious that XUE Xuan and WANG Yang-ming,the respective representatives of doctrines advocated by ZHU Xi and LU Jiu-yuan in Ming Dynasty,belong to different ideological systems.At the turning point between Yuan and Ming Dynasty,Li Xue(doctrines of Taoism that governs the nature,the society and human beings)was in transformation and its academic changes and sediment largely manifest in WANG Yang-ming's practice of conscienceand XUE Xuan's return to human nature.The previous research has paid much attention to their differences but neglected their similarities,such as purpose of academic research,born characteristics,emphasis of practice,way to become a sage,etc.
