Regulation of international liner shipping in times of post-liner conference

Abstract
The paper introduced the international shipping regulation and analyzed its development trend.It pointed out that during the times of post-liner conference,operational agreements will become the main cooperation form among liners.Based on scientific classification and trend of development of shipping agreements,establishing and perfecting Chinese competition system in international shipping was proposed.
