The purpose of GIS development is to use GIS,GIS enters into people's life because of the development of mobile GIS.Mobile GIS is the production of combining communications with GPS technology after GIS merges into IT technology.The paper discusses key technology of mbile GIS de-velopment,and forecastes the future of Mobile GIS.
