Abstract

Mobile computing has become popular at present,which led the Mobile GIS coming up.One can predict that the Mobile GIS will be a shining star in the GIS industry.This paper discusses the development trend of the Mobile GIS based on the GIS progress,and the characteristic and change of Mobile GIS while progressing.Finally,the key techniques of the Mobile GIS development,and application perspective were introduced.
