The Development and Innovation of China's Reform of Administrative System in the Past 30 Years (topic for special discussion)

The administrative system has been reformed five times,and now the sixth time is under way.Looking back,great progress has been made,and there is some successful experience to sum up.In the meantime some lessons need to be explored further.To promote the reform in future,Hebei Academic Journal gives this special discussion to involve in different aspects of administrative reform in four papers.The contents include the background and approaches of reform,the structure of governmental power,the history of reform and developing direction,as well as the innovative way of reform.Though 30 years have passed,we still have a lot to do.In the next five years the reform of administrative system is the key to deepening the whole reform and opening up to the outside world,which shows that the economic focus of reform in the past will go towards the administrative reform.
