The Chinese Government Administrative Agencies Reviewing the History of Reform and Thinking

Since the reform and opening up,the Chinese government's six times administrative institution reform,it has made a good results,and greatly improved the administrative efficiency of the government.Through the research of China's recent six times the administrative agencies of government reform,we find out the differences and similarities between the mainstream trends and existing problems,and find that the government administrative institution reform should be given priority,vertical reform is main and the horizental reform is complementary.Changing functions,streamline institutions continue as a mainstream trend,but there are still such problems as:function division not apparent,supervision mechanism imperfect,the country backward legislation in the administrative reform.The government should adhere to the guidance of scientific view of development thought,to speed up the market and the public service function optimization,to promote the governmental administrative reform of the depth and breadth,introduce the advanced performance management method to establish efficient administrative agencies.
