Abstract
Objective To explore the clinical effect of small bone window craniotomy and big bone flap craniotomy in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage (HCH). Methods Randomly selected 110 cases of HCH patients treated in our hospital and divided into observation group and control group. The control group (n = 52) was treated with small bone window craniotomy; the observation group (n = 58) was used of big bone flap craniotomy. Compared two groups with total effective rate, mortality, complication rate, neural function defect score, consciousness recovery time and other objectives. Results Compared with the control group, the observation group had shorter consciousness recovery time, improved neural function defect score, the higher total efficiency, lower mortality rate, lower rate of complications, difference had statistical significance, P 0.05. Conclusion Both ways in treatment of hypertensive cerebral hemorrhage have significant clinical curative effect. Small bone window craniotomy has less complications and good neurological recovery.
