Study on the Bidding Evaluation Mode with Bill of Quantities

Based on the analysis of current bidding evaluation mode and making much reforming in bidding evaluation procedure,bidding evaluation index system and synthesis evaluation method,this paper constructed a new mode,which can not only assure the bidding low price rationality,but also encourage the contractor to bidding low price competition.The study of this paper may have great benefit to the practice of rational low price bidding mode with bill of quantities.
