EBWRLP-based model analysis for construction bidding with bill of quantities

Abstract

Bringing the Estimation of Bid-Winning Reasonable Low Price(EBWRLP) base on annals bidding data into bidding system,will be a available method to solve the problem that how to judge the bidding price is reasonable low or not for a construction bidding with bill of quantities at present in China.This paper argued the feasibility and rationality of EBWRLP by repeated game model,analyzed it's influences on both sides behaviors of bidding.This research will be advantageous to expanding and applying of construction bidding with bill of quantities in China.
