Abstract
Objective To observe the clinical curative effect of Milrinone in chronic heart failure acute exacerbation period. Methods Ninety-two patients with chronic heart failure were randomly divided into two groups,A group with routine treatment such as digitalis,ACEI,diuretics and lipid nitrate drugs. On the basis of the A group,B group was given intravenous infusion of Milrinone and then it was observed for 2 weeks. Two groups were compared in left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),left ventricular end diastolic diameter(LVDd),heart rate, blood pressure,NYHA classification of clinical changes in heart function and adverse drug reactions. Results After 2 weeks of treatment, both groups had significantly improved heart function after treatment, the difference was significant(P0.05).Compared with A group, heart rate, blood pressure, and LVDd of patients in B group decreased, and LVEF increased(P0.05).Conclusion Milrinone has significant clinical efficacy and safety in acute exacerbation of chronic heart failure.
