On the Essence of Comprehensive Reform of Urban and Rural Education

The comprehensive reform of urban and rural education is an important part of the comprehensive reforms of urban and rural.At present,the understanding of people to the comprehensive reform of urban and rural education is still in the fuzzy stage.Therefore,it needs to be considered seriously and analyzed deeply.Through the analysis,the authors think that the core concept of comprehensive reform of urban and rural education is education equity;the basic strategy of it is coordination;the focus of it is rural education;the key of it is to establish an integrated urban-rural institutional mechanisms;the effort points of it is to settle a number of problems in the process of non-agriculture;the final goal of it is the integrated development of urban and rural education.
