Abstract
OBJECTIVE To analyze the characteristics of smear-positive TB patients in January 2009-December 2010,so as to provide a scientific basis for the prevention and control of this disease.METHODS 1 674 cases with pulmonary tuberculosis sputum acid-fast bacilli during the two years were detected and analyzed.RESULTS In 2009,the rate of smear-positive was 28.25%,and the rate was 18.80% in 2010.A downward trend was showed.The age of smear-positive patients was mainly in the older,and higher than smear-positive rate of referral of patients' newly diagnosed patients.CONCLUSION The overall decline,the elderly,the referral of patients is the focus of TB control Xinyi.
