Study of Multi-carrier CDMA Techniques

Abstract

Multi-carrier CDMA is one of the effective techniques to mitigate the ISI. It combines the advantages of OFDM and CDMA, and its capability of combating ISI is obviously better than that of a single-carrier CDMA for the high data rate transmission. This paper introduced the basic principles of three kinds of MC-CDMA schemes and their features comparison. Then, the relationship between MC-CDMA and DS-CDMA,and difference between MC-CDMA and OFDM were discussed.
