The apllication medpor support in auricle reconstruction

Objective Study on the nature of medicine and biologica of Mdpor support and its result using in auricle reconstruction. Methods Thirty -six cases with congenital microtia auricle repaired using Medpor support and expanded skin flap in mastoid process area. Results All cases were success ,and Follow - up ofter operation for 6m-5years their suppots all had not suffeved softness,pabsovption,and deformation,the repaired auricles were soft,their form were symmetry with healthy one. Conclusion It showed that the Medpore was a good material of auricle support in auricle reconstruction.
