Abstract
Objective:To evaluate the plasma BNP levels and heart failure classification and prognosis.Methods:HP 5500 Model echocardiography and color Doppler ultrasonography of the left ventricular ejection fraction(LVEF),plasma BNP were measured indicators.Results:HF group differences between the BNP level was significantly(P0.01);NYHA Ⅱ and Ⅲ grade level and no significant difference in LVEF(P0.05),NYHA Ⅱ grade,Ⅲ grade level were LVEF and NYHA Ⅳ dif-ference statistically significant(P0.01).High levels of plasma BNP higher mortality rates,on the contrary the mortality rate of low levels of plasma BNP schools.Conclusion:Plasma BNP levels showed negative correlation with heart failure.
