LABORATORY EVALUATION OF THE EFFECT OF SOME STORAGE GRAIN PESTS CONTROL WITH BACILLUS THURINGINESIS

Abstract

The effect of some storage grain pests control with Bacillus thuringinesis preparation was studied.The result indicated that: the lethality rate of Tribolium confusum,Oryzaephilus surinamensis,Rhyzopertha dominica treated with 4 000 mg/kg Bt var.kurstaki(HD-1) preparation was 47.8%,29.2%,25.0% respectively.Bt var.kurstaki(HD-1) preparation at the dosage of 1280 mg/kg could kill 73.1% of Plodia interpunctella.Bt var.kurstaki(HD-1) preparation could delay the growth of the storage grain pests' larva.
