Talking about the Reference and Consultancy Service of University Library under the Network Environment

This paper expounds the new features of the reference and consultancy service under the network environment, sums up university library's experiences of doing well the reference and consultancy service under the new situation, and puts forward some methods for university library to do well the reference and consultancy service under the new situation.
