Abstract
Ecosystem health is one of the hot research topics in ecology.Urban Ecosystem is an advanced man-made complex natural ecosystem,a carrier of social economy. The sustainable development of city is determined by urban ecosystem health. This paper, from the viewpoint of complex ecosystem, constructs an assessment index system of urban ecosystem health, and establishes attribute synthetic assessment model based on the attribute theory. The application of the method and model in Changsha City of Hunan Province shows that the urban ecosystem health is at a moderate level, and that this method can reflect the overall health status of the city. Therefore,it provides a credible background for promoting the development of urban ecosystem health and practicing the management of urban ecosystem health.
