Assessment of Urban Ecosystem Health

Based on the concept framework of ecosystem health,this paper distinguished the difference between nature ecosystem and urban ecosystem,pointed out the former lie in complexity of structure and the latter lie in rationality of structure.Urban ecosystem healthy concept and relevant characteristic tentatively is put forward,and the sustainable development of the city is pointed out as the effective way of guaranteeing the health of urban ecosystem.Based on the respect result of comprehensive function of nature,economy and society,urban ecosystem could develop in a healthy way.Because of this,an assessment index system of urban ecosystem healthily is set up.
