Diagnosis of Chronic Functional Constipation and Analysis of Its TCM Syndromes

Objective:The diagnosis and TCM syndromes of chronic functional constipation were studied.Methods:Literature researches were used to make constipation questionnaire,using ROC analysis and explored factors analysis to determine TCM syndromes and their weighing.Results:By studing of 366 patients and 200 cases of normal control,it is believed that the threshold score of constipation diagnosis was 11;its TCM syndromes included:syndrome of Yang deficiency of spleen and kidney,syndrome of Qi deficiency of lung and kidney,syndrome of liver-Qi depression and syndrome of heart-spleen deficiency.Conclusions:Diagnosis,TCM syndromes and diagnosis indexes weighing of chronic functional constipation have been primarily determined,providing references for clinical diagnosis and effect evaluations.
