Analysis of TCM Syndrome on 266 Cases of Functional Dyspepsia

Abstract
Objective: To provide the basis for clinical diagnosis and treatment by investigating the distribution of TCM Syndrome and its relationship with etiology on functional dyspepsia patients.Methods: By the way of questionnaire and filling out the form of clinical observation objectively to build database,the result was analyzed by statistical method.Results: Damp-heat of spleen and stomach,spleen deficiency and Qi stagnation,cold-heat complicated syndrome and syndrome of coordination between liver and stomach were the main TCM syndromes of functional dyspepsia.The incidence of functional dyspepsia is closely related to the following three TCM internal organs,including heart,liver and spleen.Conclusion: Functional dyspepsia can be divided into many kinds of syndromes of TCM according to the classification of TCM syndromes;it is closely related to heart,liver,and spleen.
