On the Tendency of Praise in Literary Criticism

Abstract
The tendency of praising in literary criticism is one of the conspicuous problems in contemporary literary criticism.This paper critically analyzes the essence and serious harm of this phenomenon,digs out its root thoroughly in terms of politics,history,morals and culture,and points out that the only way of revitalizing literary criticism,boosting the healthy development of literature is to carry forward the spirit of criticizing.
