Study on Vascular Plant Floristic Characteristics in the Southwest of Hunan Province

Vascular plant floristic characteristics in the southwest of Hunan province were investigated by lines and standard quadrate.The results demonstrated that the wild vascular plants in this area are formed by 2438 species belonging to 241 families and 983 genera.Quantity of plant families,genera and species here was significantly greater than that near areas at similar latitudes.Large groups appear in ferns and angiosperms,especially dicotyledonous plants.872 seed plants genera can be divided into 14 distribution types and 27 variant ones,the R/T value is 1.31 and obviously larger than that of near areas at similar latitude.There are 59 single-species genera and 165 few-species genera.Endemic genera occupy 35.59% of the single-species genera.The few-species genera are dominated by type 14,7,9,8.The Guizhou-Guangxi flora,South China flora important component of Xunshui District of branch of the Zhujiang River tributary,and it as the dominant species of typical plant community composition,and distributed in valley is rain forest,and board the root,stem and flowers,large leaves,the leaf increase as their physical characteristics.The Guizhou-Guangxi flora,South China flora is missing or rare in Qushui District in the Yangtze River tributary,their communities and their physical characteristics do not appear.
