Abstract

Combining with the practice,the paper analyzes all kinds of problems in the contract management of recent architectural construction from the contract signing stage,the stage of performing contract,and the contract management system,and points out the respective strategies from the quality of management personnel,the contract management system and the system,so as to improve the contract management level of the architectural contract.
