Abstract
The paper indicates the importance of the project contract management and accovding to construction engineering characteristic,illustrates the content of the contract management in architectural enterprises,and analyzes the way to deal with all kinds of risks in the process of the contract management,so as to accumulate relevant experience for the contract management in architectural enterprises.
