On Mass Organzitions and Logistics Supports for the Fourth Front Army of the Red Army in Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet Area

During the nearly three years when Sichuan-Shaanxi Soviet governed the area,the Fourth Frond Army of the Red Amy fighted against the enemy most of time,and the fights were frequent. Through effective construction of mass organizations,the Party and Soviet government took such measures to solve the logistics supports as obtaining from enemy,raise from people,and secret purchase or exchange in the area governed by Kuomintang,which helped put to give full play to the strength of the masses and together during the fights and provided good logistics supports for the victory of the Fourth-Front Army of the Red Army and greatly supported the fights in the front line.
